New Fix It Christchurch owner says ‘enough’

For too long, it has been “buyer beware” for Christchurch homeowners when it comes to selecting a building services provider.

A veteran of the building products industry internationally, Jay Goodenbour bought Fix It Christchurch with the vision of changing all that.

“Over the past 10 years, I’ve experienced first hand what it can be like to deal with local tradespeople,” says Jay. “My partner owned a leaky building where the builder simply walked away and left her with the problem. When we tried to contact other tradespeople, some of them called us back within a few days if we were lucky. It was even harder to get anyone to commit to a time to come and deal with the problem.”

“That’s when I decided to get into the industry myself. I did my research and came across Fix It Building Services. They were a breath of fresh air, with the same customer-first philosophy as mine and a guarantee that provides real security for the homeowner.

Newly-weds bring Fix It Renovations to Taranaki

Taranaki couple Dean and Amanda Hassall celebrated their wedding at Okato only three months ago - now they’re celebrating the launch of their own Fix It Renovations business, based in New Plymouth.

“My name may be Hassall, but I’m committed to taking the hassle out of your next renovation project,” says Dean.
